The Markham Center at Uro City

This arena is host to countless sporting events, concerts, and special performances, and is the central entertainment venue of Uro City. The Markham Center holds 32,000 patrons in arena seating, with additional press box seating and field space. It is home to the Uro City Eagles, the pride and joy of Uro, and number three ranked baseball team in the country in 2005.

The Markham Center has been a nationally reknowned center of entertainment since it was built in 1975. It is currently undergoing 2.1 million dollars in complex renovations, which will include the addition of modern audio and video systems, cushion-comfort seating, and an expansion of concession services available at the arena. The renovations are funded by several benefactors at the city, state, and national levels.
